Accommodation

We do not arrange accommodations for this workshop, so participants are responsible for making their own reservations.

Accommodations in Japan often include a Japanese-style dinner as part of the package. If you walk to the Matsushima Coast area, you’ll also find some local restaurants (izakaya or sushi bar) that are open at night.

Please note that a conference banquet will be organized on September 29th.

  We keep 3 rooms (without shower, only with Japanese-style public bath 'Onsen')

Lunch

We will prepare lunchbox at the conference hotel.

Dinner

If you walk to the Matsushima Coast area, you’ll find some local restaurants (izakaya or sushi bar) that are open at night.

Many of these restaurants only speak Japanese. If you need to make a reservation by phone, please consult with the conference staff.
